While we have previously covered another alternative to Apple Watch, FlickType, Shift Keyboard, is one of the traditional options.
FlickType does not see the word until it is complete. But that's not the case with the Shift Keyboard. The keys are posted in alphabetical order and what you type remains close to the top. When scrolling down to reach more letters, the letter you typed appears at the top left of the screen for better accuracy.
There is also a section for numbers, punctuation and emoji.
Even if you still use a keyboard on a small screen, the Shift Keyboard is still surprisingly useful, as the keys are easy to choose, even for someone like me with big fingers.
But it is wary to note. Instead of being a real keyboard replacement on Apple Watch, Shift Keyboard only works with messages. When you finish writing, the message app opens by pressing send. Select a recipient and the text is automatically added.
Along with the Apple Watch keyboard, there is a full version for the iPhone as well.
Designed for iPhone, Shift Keyboard can be downloaded now on the App Store for $ 0.99.
