In a move to surprise many, Sileo is The team has released an IPA of the app for non-jailbroken devices. Sileo originally started as a third-party package manager intended to act as a Cydia replacement, but with this move, the Sileo team will expand further.
Sileo for non-jailbroken devices is compatible with iOS 1
Users can now try Sileo on non-jailbroken devices on iOS 11.0 – 12.2 beta 3!
Installing packages requires the jailbroken version, but everything else will work on the non-jailbroken version!

You can use Sileo as a repo browser and receive package update notifications on a non-jailbroken iPhone. However, to use it as a repo browser, you must save a list of the repo URLs in the Notes app, and then use the batch add function to add them each time you open Sileo.
Alternatively, you can easily hold Sileo running in the background so you don't have to add sources every time you restart the application.
Sileo obviously will not be as powerful on a non-jailbroken device as it is on a jailbroken. Nevertheless, it can always be used as a repo browser, something that many users may be interested in.
