I've tried googling and reviewing past posts here, but haven't found the ideal solution yet: I'm looking for an app for my AppleWatch that tracks my sleep and wakes me "smartly" depending on the sleep cycle etc. WITHOUT must have my phone in the same room. The pillow seems to have a great tracking + smartwaking feature, but it requires the phone to be on the nightstand. My problem is that when I have my phone nearby when I wake up, I just start idle and don't go out of bed for an hour, so I want AppleWatch to turn me off smart on its own. Looking forward to recommendations!
