On the iPad, the app now supports both Split Screen and Side Over multitasking mode, so you can check the weather while using another app at the same time.
There are also a number of new hotkeys and a renewed tablet design.
Anyone who has a Tier 3 subscription can also benefit from the automatic foreground updated on the tablet, so weather conditions remain with the app always drawn up.
Both iPhone and iPad users with Tier 1 membership or more can see enhanced severe weather alerts that show more information.
ICloud sync and app recovery are even better. You can synchronize app settings, saved locations, weather stations, and secret locations between devices.
It is also possible to restore all app settings from individual device backups. It can be done under app setup or iCloud section in Carrot Weather settings.
Subscribers at level 2 and above can view air quality alerts and improved weather maps.
Carrot Weather, designed for iPhone and all iPad models, can now be downloaded in the App Store for $ 4.99.
Purchases in the app can unlock various premium layers and additional features.
