So I got an Apple Watch ..: AppleWatch



Stainless, Silver Milanese Band, GPS and Cellular. It looks nice, but not as nice as some traditional clock options.

Like many people, I work in a role where I send and receive lots of emails, call and receive lots of calls and live my journal religiously.

For work, I also have an iPhone, iPad Pro, AirPods then set the clock to add the ecosystem.

Apps I use regularly are: Notability, Slack, LinkedIn, Outlook, WhatsApp, Spotify, Google Maps, Podcasts, Audible, Otter

Other benefits I hoped to get from AppleWatch are:

  • Haptic vibration every 15. minute – 1 hour to keep track of time

  • Ability to listen to music on AirPods without phone nearby

  • Record and transcribe meeting notes (like Otter app on phone / iPad)

  • Track workouts easily – weights and some cardio

Anyway, to date I've had the clock for a week – most apps I use regularly don't seem compatible, and none of the benefits I hoped to seem easily achieved

So I wonder how get the best of AppleWatch?
