I bought an Apple Watch SE on Tuesday and have been using it every day since and started to get itchy / burning feeling under my band. So I called Apple and I went through some questions about how it affects me. Was escalated up and they put in a ticket about it for me.
The guy who escalated it called me back an hour later and said they were just sending me a new band for free, and I’ll also get to keep my Solo loop. I have Apple Care, and the Apple Rep said that if I still need Solo Loop for any Apple Care requirements. I’m happy with how Apple has handled this. I was 100% ready to just swap my watch for another, create your own style, but they went above and beyond for me.
