When the announcement that Cook is going to speak this year, standord president Marc Tessier-Lavigne said the group's vote negotiations on "The Challenges and Responsibilities who confronts businesses and our society today. "

Cook has also said he will be present in his own place in Stanford's press release.

"It is an honor to be invited by Stanford's students and faculty, and I look forward to elaborating on the remarkable relationship Stanford and Apple have been building for many years," said Cook.

"We share so much more than geography. Passion, interests and creativity our institutions have in common helped revolutionize technology and transform the world, and I can't wait to join candidates, as well as their family and friends, to celebrate the even brighter opportunities for the future.

Apparently keen to participate in as many speakers as possible, Cook will also speak at Tulane University in May.

Perhaps one of the most memorable Stanford launches came from former Apple CEO Steve Jobs in 2005, with the YouTube video a great watch for anyone who hasn't seen it. In fact, even if you have seen it before, we would suggest putting some time aside to see it again.
