So my MBP 15 inch had a display problem with the right side ports not working at all. So I sent it for repair, and they replaced the IO cards on each page, but didn't fix the screen. Then I had to send it back to get the screen fixed. The second time they resolved on the screen and replaced the IO cards for some reason. Seems sweet and disorganized by them. I had to wait an extra week for the return box too, as they somehow got my address wrong in the phone. Luckily, it was free because of AppleCare, but the service seems to need some improvement.
