There is not much to say other than the truth. And the truth is a short story about my complete change since I got my first smartwatch, ie Apple Watch 5. Before, I have some reasons to wake up early. Now I have more than a dozen reasons to wake up, start doing my first errands and warm up the engines to work out. I mean to burn a minimum of 500 active calories daily. I know it’s not that much. But I burn up to 1000 calories in most cases. Since the first day I got it, I keep my line, which is 61 days now. And I think that’s just the beginning. I also want to thank you r / AppleWatch.
