Twelve South Extends Magazine Line with CaddySack, New Capabilities for MacBook Pro and MacBook Air

Twelve South today announced new additions to its Journal product line, including Journal options for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, and a new Journal CaddySack for storage of accessories.

The MacBook Journal, priced at $ 149.99, is designed to work with 13 and 15-inch MacBook Pro models and the new 13-inch Retina MacBook Air .

We had the chance to check out the Journal for MacBook before launch. It has rich, soft leather in a cognac color that takes on a unique patina like that age, and the outside, as the name suggests, looks like a journal complete with the spine.

The exterior of the leather is accompanied by a soft black microsuede interior that keeps the MacBook from scratches and gives a little light padding. Once expanded, the bottom of the MacBook MacBook is at the top of the bottom of the Journal while keeping the top in place with two pieces of elastic.

Inside the bottom of the Journal case there is a hidden inner pocket where you can keep documents safe. The entire Journal has a zipper closure with two zippers, so it does not come out during transport.

Twelve South also presents Journal CaddySack, an alternative to BookBook CaddySack it already offers. The price of $ 90 is Journal CaddySack designed to match Journal for MacBook and Journal for iPhone.

It is also made of a soft cognac leather that will develop an outstanding look over time, with an attractive gray tweed interior.

More elastic and velcro straps inside CaddySack may contain a MacBook power adapter, charger cables, dongles, an Apple pen and other accessories. There is also a zipper in the pocket on top for other small odds and ends.

All straps inside the CaddySack are adjustable, giving you flexibility when you decide what you need to wear for everyday use. Like other Journals products, the CaddySack zippers were closed to protect everything inside.

Twelve Sister's new journal products can be purchased from today on twelve South websites.
