And the app has been recently updated to take advantage of new iOS 14 features. Most importantly, you can track your daily attention progress with a new widget on your Home screen. Using the App Clips feature, you can also share an exercise with a friend, even if they do not have the app installed.
Other new features include a daily attention quote to help motivate you, support for the shortcut to turn off and the ability to see current streaks and daily goal progress after a session.
