As a personal preference, I prefer a quiet, largely noise-free environment while working on Mac. No TV scrolls in the background, no TWiT in a window on the Mac, no iTunes music. Quiet works for me. To my surprise, I found out that a small noise can be beneficial, thanks to a Mac Menubar app, called the real Noizio.
All Noizio does is create, well, background noise with sounds easily selected from a drop-down menu in the menu bar. The sounds include a variety of background sounds, each with individual volume volume control, allowing you to mix and match to create a wallpaper environment that suits you perfectly.
Sounds include October Rain, Paris Cafe, a Thunderstorm, a Campfire, some winter winds, ocean waves, elvicity, summer nights, sunshine day and all the important deep space in Deep Space. All with one click to the Mac menu.
Although you can control the volume volume regardless of each background sound, Noizo also has a full volume control, so when you & # 39; You have inserted the mix, you can adjust the total volume as needed.
The settings are nominal with options that will appear in Menu bar or Dock, and open when the Mac starts. I have tried many different background noise machine apps, but Noizio has just the right mix of sounds and controls to blend nicely into my work environment.
