Want to maximize and understand the training issues: AppleWatch



Hi- I’m not that technical, but have been an Apple user for a while. I have an Apple Watch this coming Monday and was motivated to get it in the hope that it will help me track fitness and motivate me. Often I want to do yoga / walking / hiit / strength training, but paddle boards a few times a week. If I understand everything, I will be able to track all those who have the activity app from Apple. I love kayaking and go a few times a week, it seems like there is no traceable activity on that app. Does anyone have one for the sup that they would recommend? Thanks so much!
