Has used the Activity app for the last 3-4 weeks after being watched around the time of Christianity. The proposed takeoff target was 430 calories. I have been inconsistent in completing my rings, especially Move. I can only remember another weekly move target that usually appears on Monday morning. It was around my current 430, and I rejected it.
This week balls were out. All but one day I completed my move rings. On Wed, I completed 400% of my Move goal (Listen for snowmobiling! … sorry it's not a training activity ;-)). Other days were over 100%. This was my best week.
This morning: Here's your recommended move: 380 calories.
What ?? Am I missing something here? I realize I can change this manually, but I would like to follow Apple's approach and follow their recommendations to ease into a routine. Still, I would have found it would have removed the least! Am I missing something here? Is this a mistake? How does Apple decide what your new weekly moving goal should be?
