So if I get up in the morning and go for a run, I understand that I choose running training and just go. when i’m done i will finish training. Will it show me a map of my race as strava does? Will it show pace?
What does it track when the training app is off? If I go for a 45-minute walk at lunch, but it does not turn on the exercise app, what will it track? Will it still show my route or track it automatically? Will it track my steps?
How long is the battery with the workout on? If I wanted to go a 20 mile hike, I have to put it on training, and will the battery last the entire hike?
