Which exercise choice should I use?




Hello everyone, so I've just bought an Apple Watch and so far it's great. I just have a question about which workout I should choose. I have this step of our work. It literally involves just going up and down a plastic ladder. So it's not a stair stepper machine? Should I choose the stair stepper option or others to track my training? Thanks in advance
